Condecoration of the SEU “Víctor”, also called Victorioso or Symbol of Victory. It is an anagram containing all the letters of the word “Victor” topped by a laurel wreath. According to the Rewards Regulation of March 11, 1952, this was granted according to four merits, distinguishable by the color of the ribbon from which it hangs, in this case “light blue” which indicates that it was granted by “Services to the SEU ”.
