Kriegsmarine/ EM’S White Work Shirt, 1939 –



White work shirt (Arbeitsbluse für Mannschaften) with cotton and rayon blend, not from HBT. It features a center, front, V-neck slit with intact double twisted laces and an integral back pleat and rectangular neck. The folded-back rectangular collar hangs over the upper back of the shirt. It has a large vertically rectangular patch pocket on the right side of the chest. It does not have a chest eagle according to the regulations of that year. Straight cut sleeve cuffs have inner seams with a single stamped natural foil closure button on each. Marked albeit weakly with a deposit stamp “BAK 1939”. The shirt is in excellent overall condition, unissued, with minimal age tone and the buttons on the cuffs have their original stitching. It is medium-large in size and in exceptional condition.

Measurements: 62 cm from shoulder to shoulder, 53 cm across the chest and 56 cm long.
