Elegant and beautiful box with epaulettes from the Alfonso XIII period, belonging to a Lieutenant Colonel of the Marine Infantry, both the box and the epaulettes are in impeccable condition, made by the prestigious embroiderer “Medina” (embroiderers for the “Royal House” ) as indicated in the papel label of the box, it has the guttering embroidered with thick gold thread, both epaulettes have the manufacture engraved “Medina” in gold and a label stamped ink with shield and crown real. It has in each of them a magnificent “Royal Crown”, an anchor and golden button with the navy anchor and crown. The owner’s name is written in pencil on the back of the box. You don’t see many like this, and even less so in the Marine Corps.
