Railway Protection/ “Bahnschutz” First Model Leader’s Dagger whit Portepee, by “A.W.jr”

Rare example of a dagger 1st model (1935) of the Protection Officer of the German National Railway System (Dolch M35 für Bahnshutzpolizei. 1. Modell). The blade it is made of double-cut steel blade in impeccable condition, marked “A.W.jr” from the young manufacturer “Antón Wingen J.R, Solingen”. The crossguard bears the national eagle of the army, all nickel/silver, the grip is black, characteristic of these daggers. Nickel/silver plated scabbard with has grained panels and two loops for hanging. A rare to find dagger from the Deutsche Reichsbahm and in excellent condition.
