Luftwaffe NCO’s Leather Combat Pilot Jacket with Pilot Badge

Excellent leather jacket (Fliegerjacke für Jagdflieger) for a Luftwaffe NCO’s (Unteroffizier) leather combat pilot jacket with pilot badge, also called “Reich Defense Jackets” (Reichsverteidigungsjacke), a civilian model of German origin widely used among fighter pilots. Made of brown leather, it has a vertical front zipper closure from the neck to the waist at the front where it ends. It has four pockets that close with zippers, the one-piece sleeves close with zippers (all zippers functional). On the chest, above the right pocket, there is the eagle of the LW (Hoheitsabzeichen) of the 2nd model (1937-1945) sewn originally, and on the left side, above the lower pocket, the Pilot’s Badge is also sewn originally. The brown lined interior has a pocket with the manufacturer’s label “KISSLING DE DUISBURG, GERMANY”. The flexible leather in excellent condition. Medium/large size, approximately a Spanish 48/50. A great pilot jacket.
