Iron Cross 1939 2nd Class, marked on the Ring “100”??

Iron Cross 1939 2nd Class. Seems to be marked on the ring (illegibly almost) “100”??, for “Rudolf Wachtler & Lange–Mittweida”. It is in good condition, 3 pieces, blackened iron core that retains all its tone in a silver-plated frame, magnetic core , original ribbon.
