Iron Cross Second Class 1939, variant “Schinkel”

Excellent example of the 1939 Iron Cross 2nd Class, early model “Schinkel” (Eisernes Kreuz II Klasse Schinkelform), this model of EK2 differs from the normal ones in that it is smaller in size in all respects, the swastika, the frames, the beads of the frames etc. being the same size as those of WW1. Although without manufacturer’s marks as is normal in this EK2, due to its construction characteristics, it is the typical model belonging to W. Deumer. Made in three pieces, with a center with all its perfect black lacquer, magnetic, shiny silver blades and original ribbon. Flawless. Increasingly rare to find. State1
