Description

Rectangular olive drab, late war, canvas construction A-frame assault pack bag (Beutel zum Gefechtsgepäck) without manufacture.The reverse of the bag has dual, horizontal, straps and corresponding natural alloy dish buttons situated on each side panel. The reverse straps were intended to be buttoned around the vertical arms of the A-frame. The interior reverse of the top flap has a single small with a button holed leather closure strap and corresponding natural alloy dish button, for the K98 cleaning kit. The interior of the bag has a single compartment with small protective fold over flaps to each side panel.
The single compartment also has a button.
